What is that Robot Doing?

If you think for even a second that science doesn’t have a sense of humor, we’d like to introduce you to this “sock folding” robot that researchers at UC Berkeley recently created. While we are certainly in no position to question a bunch of brainiacs when it comes to science, we do think we have at least enough of a background to go on record as saying that we have never in our life folded a sock in any manner similar to this.

And are we really just supposed to not be suspicious that the last name of one of the researchers is Wang? Come on, Berkeley. That’s pushing it.

Yes, one shiny dowel, indeed!
