This is retarded. Between the year 2000 and 2011 little has changed. Little will change between now and 2020 as well. Except of course for the super rich….which comprise about 1% of the population. I will be lucky (very lucky) to be able to purchase a home in 2020 that was built in the 1990s. That would be quite nice.
