Drinking. Who doesn’t love it? Certainly not us, and certainly not you. But drinking has a pretty well known and unfortunate side effect…obesity. No, we’re not talking about sleeping with fat chicks. We’re talking about actually gaining weight. It’s a bad look. But don’t let it stop you from getting your drink on. Instead, just drink wisely. This handy infographic should help.

    These suggestions depend entirely on what kind of booze-hound you are.

    If you a raging alcoholic dance-o-mo-tron , you might burn more calories than Mr. Sit-N-Chug watching the game.

    Absinthe is KING. Everclear you didn’t factor in the cost of buying something to mix it with. No one is downing straight Everclear. Absinthe just add water.

    The healthy list I would have to drink about 40 of those drinks to get drunk. Which would result in me gaining a lot of weight. I found what works for me is scotch no mixers needed.

    Where in the name of christ is Everclear $10 for a drink?

    I can buy a handle for $35 and it’ll last me months.

    Some of these are completely obvious.. like the healthier restaurant options. Obviously “grilled salmon with a side of steamed broccoli” is going to be healthier than fish and chips!
