In honor of Universal Pictures’ movie, Sanctum, we are giving away gear so you can document your next cave diving adventure. You’ve always wanted to document your weekend getaways to the least-accessible places on Earth while listening to your waterproof nano iPod. Now, you can. And we’ll throw in a Sanctum Poster to kiss for good luck.
Check out the Trailer for Sanctum:
The 3D action-thriller Sanctum, produced by James Cameron, follows a team of underwater cave divers into the largest and least-accessible cave system on Earth. The divers fight for their lives after a tropical storm forces them deep into the caverns. While you may not go on adventures quite as tedious, your own underwater adventure may win you the “Underwater Experience” Prize Pack including:
One (1) Sanyo Waterproof High-Definition Digital Camcorder
One (1) H2O Audio Waterproof Case for iPod Nano
One (1) SANCTUM Poster
To win all you have to do is tell us in the comments below how you would use your underwater prize pack on your next, or theoretical adventure. The location for your next adventure can be a treacherous cave, ocean, lake, pool or bathtub. If you live in a desert, maybe you have a desired adventure that involves a tall glass of water.
The best and most creative underwater adventure story will win a Sanyo Waterproof High-Definition Digital Camcorder, an H2O Audio Waterproof Case for iPod Nano, and a Sanctum Poster. Then you can get started on documenting that crazy story you told us. Right.
Giveaway closes Monday, February 7th.
Be sure to provide a legit e-mail address when you comment so we can contact you.
Sorry, U.S. contestants only.
Tomorrow starts our Valentine’s Day Giveaways! Don’t forget to check back for themed prizes all this week!

The HD Camcorder will be used to make THE DUCKY SHOW. A show about love, deceit, lust, bathing, toy playing, and hunting. Can Ducky survive in the rough and tumble world of the bathtub? What about when Ducky is taken into the pool? Oh no! We’re not in Kansas anymore, Mom is acting funny with the pool boy and Ducky can’t stop winging his beak! What will come next? I NEED THAT CAMERA (and oh yeah, that poster would look great right next to my Na’vi poster collection!)

I would use the underwater camera to film a short on our Bully Prevention website called GlobWorld. I’ll film an underwater adventure and add in our 3D Glob characters to create a film for kids encouraging them to join GlobWorld and do their part to create a bully free world. There will be 3D animated globs and a great message for kids.

I’m headed to Bimini soon and I think making an underwater movie there would be great. And not just the “see the fish and coral” type either. With my girlfriend in tow, we could have lots of fun in the water and catch it all on film!

I would take it to Vegas for Rehab at the Hard Rock and make a movie called “Booty and the Beast”.

I’m taking a Diving certification course/class at school for 1 credit right now. Also in the diving club. It’d be a freaking coup to win this so I can document everything! (and listen to music while diving-maybe). I plan on going to Comic Con and diving in San Diego is penciled in.

Great Barrier Reef, here I come! And Australian chicks = underwater or on land, they’re gonna get put on film (or a memory card, whatever).

I would love to have my next adventure at the Playboy Mansion Pool & Grato. We all know what goes on above water. But what happens below water? I am not a woman, nor a famous person, and I don’t have any connections to the Playboy Mansion. So, I don’t think that will be happening any time soon.
So, the next adventure that I could have would be to “Salt Cay, Turks and Caicos”. Dive tour operators lead expeditions to forests of elk horn coral with resident nurse sharks and sting rays. Uninhabited cays nearby offer pristine fish viewing. The British frigate HMS Endymion, wrecked on a coral reef in 1790, lies in only 20 feet of water. And winter offers a special bonus, when snorkelers may be able to swim amid the looming shapes of humpback whales singing their eerie songs.
Video tapping all that I see so I can show friends and family. Also, a great way for myself to look back at all the amazing video that I shot with the “Sanyo Waterproof High-Definition Digital Camcorder”.

The Sanyo waterproof camera would come in handy this summer during our numerous rafting trips. Nothing better than getting great shots of drunk girls while rafting down the river drinking a cold one!!

I plan on placing this camera inside of a toilet. The inside of the toilet will be illuminated with a water proof flashlight. I will then have women sit on said toilet and urinate on the camera, and possibly poop on it as well because I hear some people are into that nowadays. I will have the camera positioned to stare directly into the vagina/anus of the subject and broadcast it in high definition over the internet. I may also place said camera in a hot tub or small pool filled with nude females who may or may not be intoxicated. They may also urinate or make feces on the camera as well. I may even have them eat/drink each others bodily fluids as well, you know, what ever you guys are into.

I would use the Sanyo Waterproof High-Definition Digital Camcorder to film and document an excellent surfing trip with my friends and girlfriend. It would be right out in the water with me at all times. The wipe-outs alone would make the entire trip worth it!
While we aren’t surfing, we’ll be snorkeling. I can already imagine how much fun we’ll have showing our other friends a video of my buddy Mark getting to close to the eel and getting his face bit. Or trying to provoke that funky looking blowfish to the point where it inflates.
Regardless, none of this will be possible without the help of the Sanyo Waterproof High-Definition Digital Camcorder.

I’ve always enjoyed outer space and sci-fi, and scientists are certain Jupiter’s moon Europa has oceans with possibly twice as much water as Earth, so that would be my stop. I would have an ice diving adventure on Europa with a bevy of Playboy Playmates. Having waterproof iPod Nano cases so they can listen to their iTunes while they get their make-up and hair done would make the adventure rock. A SANCTUM poster would hang in the make-up room to provide some visual eye-candy and enticing anticipation of the diving adventure to come.
Our Sanyo Waterproof High-Definition Digital Camcorder would film the pre-dive preparation for our behind the scenes, making of content. The fade-in for the next scene is them slowly sliding into their exotic bikinis. No reason they can’t be sexy while diving and it wouldn’t be a Playboy shoot without Playmates in some exotic swimwear for our exotic locale. Now, we film them in all their HD glory while sliding into their matching dry suits. The conditions on the dive would probably yield visuals just like the SANCTUM poster. Of course, sliding out of their glistening dry suits upon surfacing will add to the HD epic. We then complete the HD shoot with some ice cold German brews and filming our after dive antics in the Mansion inspired décor of our ship’s party room. Hey it’s my HD epic adventure and we have to have a party room on the ship which will include a hot tub to warm everyone up after the icy dive. Prost!

Recently I have been asked to work on a documentary entitled “Still Flying High” for a surfer named Jack Murphy (he is sponsored by, and the East Coast rep for, SRH Clothing). This is an independent film with years of footage dating to the early 90′s. Unfortunately, there is no footage from in the water; the cameras were just too expensive then and still are now. I resorted to a Go-Pro as the next best thing just to add newer footage, but an actual HD camcorder would be a significant upgrade. The movie would now show the progression of a surfer, surf culture, and how the technology used available has changed significantly. Of course TSJ would get credit for supplying the equipment.
The iPod casing would completely change the process of filming. Since SRH sponsors bands, we are using their music as the soundtrack. I can load up the iPod and listen to their songs while shooting. This will lead to inspiration of shots and keep me occupied while sitting in the water waiting for the next set of waves. When it comes to editing I can think back on the songs I was listening to and the shots taken to make for a more natural transition.
The Sanctum poster will serve as a reminder that there is way more out there to film than just the local beaches I have access to now. I will hang it up and reference it for inspiration on my next underwater film.

I’d like to cover the surfing scene here in Corpus Christi Texas and be on the Scuba Diving prowl for anybody polluting the the Bay or Gulf. Artistically there is nothing that turns me on more than a beautiful woman in, on, or under the water. I guess I’m looking for a mermaid.LOL : }

The water in Scotand is cold. Very cold. Especially up North where i try and venture as much as possible. Luckily the icy water deters many surfers and travelers from entering the untouched and undiscovered breaks.
My mission is to document these spots to show the beauty of Scotland, and what it has to offer surfers.
But the locations would remain a secret
