THE FOOT FETISH

Steven Bronson, 46, Clackamas, Oregon. In 2009 Bronson was arrested after approaching women at Target stores and asking them to try on a shoe on display, supposedly to see if they would fit his wife. As Bronson bent down to “help,” he would caress the woman’s legs, sometimes rubbing his face against her thighs; in one incident, he added a lick. “I think they were upset when they felt sweat on the side of my face because it was so hot,” Bronson claimed. He was caught after a woman recognized his orange baseball cap from surveillance photos shown on the news.

THE WET FETISH

Charles Hersel, 39, Thousand Oaks, California. Police arrested Hersel in 2009 after he paid a teenage boy $31 to spit in his face during a police sting. He was booked on a charge of “child annoyance.” Hersel contacted local teens on MySpace and word quickly spread at the school that a guy would pay you to spit in his face.
