Yael Markovich: From Makeup Artist to Model
When Yael Markovich moved to Los Angeles, it was with the intention of launching a career as a makeup artist. And she accomplished that, landing gigs doing makeup for awards shows, movies, music videos and fashion shows. But she was always curious about what it was like to be on the other side of the camera.
Luckily for us, a photographer approached her about doing a test shoot one day and she’s been modeling ever since. If these pictures are any indication, she made an excellent career choice.

Yael is one of the few who truly has it all. Beauty, brains and an amazing personality to go with it all. I’ve been watching her since she did her test shots with John Graf (amazing photog) and she’s simply the best. Yael, you’re a class act all the way. It’s been a privilege to be able to watch your career grow from where it started to where it is now. I hope it just keeps getting better and better for you from here on out.
