I don’t really know — I read that these were “banned” commercials, but I can’t be sure. This article from just a few days ago makes a big deal about Lucy being banned but says she was only in one banned ad from the summer. But these are the ads from the summer and Lucy is in all of them.

It is possible this Daily Mirror newspaper is confused. Maybe if the British press spent less time hacking the phones of terminally ill children and bothered to fact-check articles about sexy advertising we wouldn’t be in the mess we’re in today.

Were these ads banned? I don’t know, but they sure should have been — we got wet-t-shirt car wash action, girl-girl kissing and Lucy sucking on a popsicle like it’s a goddamn popsicle. Well, you know what I mean. Scandalous stuff!
