Legendary naked-lady photographer J. Stephen Hicks has died, which is a bummer and we are generally not about bummers here at Girlwatcher.

We are much more often about bums than bummers. Bums ‘n babes ‘n boobs and all that good stuff. And So was J. Stephen Hicks. In a career that spanned decades, Hicks shot models and porn stars for Penthouse, Hustler, Club, High Society, Gallery — etc., etc. — as well as for his own site, DigitalDesire.com (formerly Digital Dreamgirls).

One girl who was undoubtedly a muse was Shay Laren, a Penthouse Pet that Hicks shot many, many times for his website — and it’s hot stuff. Shay has always had a unique blend of girl-next-door cuteness and glossy-mag glamour. We probably should have had her on this site already (although she sheds her clothes almost immediately in the presence of a camera, so SFW Shay is fairly rare). And on a happier occasion. But we’ll go with this.

Here are some great Shay shots through the years by J. Stephen Hicks. Arguably, no one has ever photographed her better.
