Fourth girl is Holly/Hollie Peers. Her first name seems to get spelled differently depending which magazine she’s in, which is a bit weird, but there you go.
India Reynolds wasn’t a bad guess, I suppose – The pic was taken behind the scenes at a calendar shoot for Nuts magazine and India was one of the models there. She’s nowhere near as boobtastic as Holly though :-p
