Do these girls not realize that their not really be chosen for their beauty, because look at some of these girls, their defiently not playboy material and its ashame this contest is kind of putting it in their head that they are. This is a money making sceme for playboy, Anyone with a IQ would realize playboy is making huge money off of this because you have to pay for votes so girls are going to charge up their credit cards in order to get as many votes as possible, but playboy is benefiting from all the people buying votes big time, I could only imagine how much money they have raked in from this marketing idea and kind of tricking girls into thinking their going to be a big thing for playboy. No all Playboy Miss Social is, is a marketing scam where they have a bunch of girls their going to be this big thing for playboy when in reality their just going to get called “Playboys Miss Social”, have a photo shoot done, maybe a small photo in playboy magazine, be invited to a party or two, and get a tour of the mansion which is nothing compared to what a real playboy playmate gets but of course a girl that has dreamed in being in playboy is going to think its awesome but if you compare it to what a actual playboy model gets its really nothing and if your not a very pretty girl than competeting for miss social might work out for you because being called miss social is basically playboy saying your pretty but not good enough for playmate or special editions, and they wipe their hands of you after your month is over and find another girl to continue raking in the money from the votes people buy in order to vote. But i have to hand it to playboy because its a good idea to make a lot of money quick.
So basically all their doing is setting up a contest and in order to win you have to have the most votes like any other contest, but heres the catch, you have to buy all your votes, so playboy knows theres tons of hopefuls out there that want to make it into playboy so most likely their going to be asking everyone and their cousin to buy votes, so add up all the money that playboy is making from one contestants votes. So if you think about it flying a girl out to the mansion for a tour, and a quicky photo shoot, and a few nights in a hotel is like a few pennys compared to what their making from this “Miss Social Contest” and their doing a girl for every month, so say they get 5000 votes per model which is 19.99$ and hundreds of girls sign up so just say 1000 girls sign up to compete, thats 20,000$ and thats just an estimate of votes, people are buying way more votes than what i estimated so playboy is making a pretty penny off this contest so girls if you think about your not getting into playboy because the casting agents thought you got what it takes, your getting into playboy because you made them tons of money on all the votes you have. And its ashame because you know some of these girls are buying all their votes, so their buying their dream and if they do win the contest their still not even really becoming a playboy model, they may be miss social but like i said its not because they were chosen for their looks which playmates and cyber girls are, yea they get to do a playmate test but from what i seen there may be 1 or two girls that might have playmate potential but you cant tell much by photos that are photoshopped to hell in back. So sorry to burst your bubble girls, i wouldnt want to win a competition because i paid to win, i would want to win because i got the most votes because the voters thought i was the best looking contestant. Sorry playboy if i revealed your marketing sceme, but anyone with a brain can figure it out. But playboy i would estimate makes over 60,000 a month if they continue the competition and say it costs them all together 10,000 to fly the model out and accomidations etc. they made a 50,000 profit for really doing nothing except coming up with a catchy title for the girl that buys the most votes so she thinks she actually made it somewhere in playboy.

Oscar, I am sorry you feel that way. And although you make a valid point, I wanted to point out one factor: I did not pay for a single one of my votes. By completing challenges, publishing the link on various social websites, and self-promotion, I was able to earn votes from the Facebook application as well as encourage others to do the same and vote for me. I do not have as many votes as the other girls and am far from the Finals, but I also didn’t spend a dime So I don’t know about it being classified as a scam. The rules dictate you cannot buy yourself right into the winner circle. I guess we will just have to wait and see.

Oh and FYI: A lot of the Overnight Challenges have us taking unedited photos and videos of ourselves so I am sure those are monitored closely as well

You obviously don’t know anything about these females that are in the “Miss social contest,” because if you did, you wouldn’t try to belitte and berate them just to gain what little self esteam you might think you have. You have no idea what these contestants go through on a daily basis to promote themselves etc, dealing with jealousy,envy,pervertedness, or just plain idiots like you. They pour their body, heart, and soul out publicly for us to see, in hopes of a potential opportunity or dream to come true. It’s respectable and complimentary fans like myself that keep these girls inspired, motivated, and actually wanting to respond back to us. Remember,it’s a privilege to get a response back from these contestants. Don’t think you deserve it. And your male chauvinistic pig-headed comments clearly states, you have nothing to lose because, you’ve probably been a loser your whole entire life. Your looks are probably hideous and disgusting and I’m sure you realize, you don’t stand a mid-west snow balls chance with any one of these beautiful young ladies. Have you even been with a female before? Didn’t your mom teach you better manners than that in how to speak to a woman? Let us real men decide and vote freely on whom we think should be crowned “Miss social.” Guess what, I voted for free and purchased votes as well, because I can. Oscar, im a semi-finalist in this contest. And i must say you have a point. But see im one of the VERY FEW girls who never bought not even 1 vote. Which because of that i havent went to the finals. I hardly get any votes, I got this far because i did challenges which recieved me points to put towards myself. I made a speech myself on my facebook about the contest not being fair because girls buy there way to the top. And the ones who work really hard for it and not buy votes dont make it. So i see your point. And a lot of the people who are voting thinks we are going to be nude and they think they get to see a little something, but in the truth its a non nude search. Your in a swimsuit in the end. This is my first time in the contest. And its definitely not what i thought. It makes girls think they arnt pretty enough if they dont make it into the finals or the semi-finals. But that isnt the case. Those girls who dont make it are pretty and they are hard on themselves because of the contest. And most of the girls have already been in magazines and such, which doesnt do much for them except a photo in the magazine. A lot of people dont even know about this contest still. But all in all i didnt make it into the finals. But i dont let it get to my head. When i went into this competition. I new i wouldnt make it to the very end. Because of the buying votes situation.
