I have begun to realize quitting smoking is actually harder than you can imagine. I began cigarettes while I was a kid. It was the most terrible mistake I’ve made. At present I’m older and I have lung disease. I sampled each of the stopping methods still not a single thing helped me stop. My last hope is the e-cigarette in the end.

I kicked the habit over the weekend and it’s beginning to make me feel crappy now. My husband says I probably will not complete it however I’m so focused about this I won’t fail. This morning I began feeling pains in my stomach and I absolutely want to have a drag. I won’t give up since I am quitting for my youngsters. I’m blessed to have the e cigarettes. It’s been very useful to me.
