Wanted: Anakin Skywalker
The influence of Comic-Con extends all the way from San Diego to Long Island, where someone held up a bank while wearing a Darth Vader costume. And with that heavy-breather voice, a simple note probably wasn’t gonna cut it. Here are a few of the things “Darth” might have said to the teller.
“You have controlled your fear. Now, release the funds.”
“Cops do not concern me, Admiral. I want that money, not excuses.”
“You are unwise to push the secret alarm button.”
“I find your lack of expediency disturbing.”
“And now, your highness, we will discuss the location of your hidden safe.”
“I sense something. A presence of a shitload of cash.”
“Look! I am your robber.”
“Use the PIN.”
