Gremlin’s is the best movie I’ve seen when I was a child. When this movie is on TV or a movie channel I always watch it no matter what. It brings me back to when I was a child, plus I had a mad childhood crush on Phoebe Cates.

Very fond memories of a Gremlin in a microwave and the grimmest Christmas story ever, courtesy of Phoebe Cates.
Throw in the fact that this movie kickstarted the PG-13 rating (along with Indiana Jones & The Temple of Doom) and you’ve got a landmark film.
I’d love a copy of it on Blu-ray.

I always tell people that my kids turn into Gremlins after 7:30. You can’t feed them late and it’s too late for a bath. I love watching people’s reactions depending if they have or have not seen the movie. Now my kids would like to see the movie I refer to them as.
