Japanese artist Kittiwat Unarrom got an MA in fine arts but is the son of a baker–ta-da–the fusion of two traditions. But this bread ain’t no meatloaf: The dough, despite its appearance, is chock full of raisins, cashews and chocolate. Surprise.
