North Korea’s Twitter Page Translated
In a move that flies in the face of their penchant for mystery and secrecy, North Korea has started an official Twitter page. You wouldn’t know it right away by the name of the page, @uriminzok, but it’s them. Their official website is uriminzokkiri.com, you see. Because in terms of website URLs and Twitter names, that’s way easier to remember than “@NorthKorea” or “www.prnk.com” or some other oppressively lengthy internet presence.
Unfortunately, the entire North Korea Twitter page is written in Korean, which makes reading it a bit labor intensive if that’s not a language you’re fluent in.
Fortunately, when it comes to Korean to English translation, we’ve got that shit on lock. Here are all eleven of North Korea’s Tweets (so far) translated into user friendly English.
