While you’re right, patent regulations have created unnecessary barriers to corporate innovation, I still see a lot of grassroots innovation, not just facebook, but look at how random chat has taken off! And it seems like there are more inventions being pitched on TV. These aren’t groundbreaking creations, but they bring new spheres of potential business and innovation, so I’m not worried about the red-tape.
