I have actually done this, with a little less ooomph.
Was doing a downhill and slipped up on a root. First it was a glancing blow, but I ended up bouncing between 3 trees like a pinball before I finally lost it and did a full face-plant. The helmet saved my face but I broke my hand on one of the trees…gotta love battle scars

I went over the handlebars of my bike when I was twelve-ish (little fuzzy about the age lol). anyway I was wearing my helmet but smashed chin first into the pavement, still have a scar there and my facial hair grows in funny around it. I remember my mom had to pick the rocks out.

The worse accident that I’ve seen in person is when I rode down a hill at nearly 30mph(from speedometer) and hit a tree, then I had a concussion and didn’t wake up for a couple minutes, the accident dislocated my right arm and broke my neck.
